Agriculture, Ecosystems and Environment (AEE Workshop)

1-2 June 2017, Nanning, China    

The objectives of AEE Workshop    

i)                   Share and exchange the most recent research progress and finding in the field of agro-ecosystems and the natural environment,  

ii)                 Identify the hotspot of future research and key scientific and technological problems, and  

iii)               Promote the study on the interface between agro-ecosystems and the natural environment.  

Theme of the AEE Workshop

• Biological and physical characteristics of soil     and water quality in agro-ecosystems.    

• Agro-ecosystem and global climate change and environmental     pollution.    

• Ecological consequences of intensification,     soil erosion, waste application, irrigation, and mitigation options.    

• Environmental implications of agricultural land     use and land use change.    

Background of participants    

The participants are mainly from China and a few other countries, including professors, scientists, doctoral or post doctoral researchers engaged in the study of agro-ecosystems and the environment. Editor-In-Chief and four AEs of AEE will attend the AEE Workshop as the Keynote Speakers.

农业生态系统与环境国际研讨会（第三轮通知）

2017年6月1-2日，中国南宁

一、会议背景

气候变暖、土壤侵蚀污染退化和水体污染是威胁人类可持续生存最重要的全球环境问题。为了满足人口增长对粮食和蛋奶肉的需求，高强度的集约化农业生产与不合理的农业土地利用管理，导致水土污染和农业生态系统功能退化，严重威胁人类的生存环境。如何提升农业生态系统的功能与改善人类生存的自然环境质量，需要深刻理解农业生产活动是如何影响自然环境，评价变化的环境对农业生态系统的效应。该研讨会邀请国际SCI刊物《农业，生态系统与环境》（Agriculture, Ecosystems & Environment，AEE)主编、副主编及国内专家学者们，介绍和交流农业生态系统与环境相互作用研究领域的新进展，明确未来的研究热点和关键科学和技术问题，提升农业生态系统与环境领域的研究水平。据此，本研讨会的主要议题包括：

1、农业生态系统土壤、大气和水体的生物和物理学特征

2、农业生态系统与全球气候变化及大气污染

3、土壤侵蚀及污染退化的生态学效应与防控

4、农业土地利用管理与土地利用变化的环境效应

会议交流方法

会议交流主要有口头报告和展板两种形式，交流语言为英语。国内专家、老师和学生均可自由投稿（仅限于英文摘要，不超过1500单词，包括问题、目标、方法、结果、结论和意义）。

论文出版

会议将汇编论文摘要集。另外，本次研讨会得到AEE的大力支持，将在会后对未公开发表的优秀成果进行组稿，以专刊的形式择优发表。所有投稿均按AEE的要求和标准进行同行评审，对于有意投稿者建议提前准备，在线投稿时间为2017年7月1-31日。
