个人简介:

1999鲁东大学生物学学士学位2004福建农林大学农学博士学位;2009-2014在美国康涅狄格大学完成博士后合作研究2018-2020在美国佛罗里达大学完成客座教授合作研究;2017年加入广西大学农学院甘蔗种质创新与遗传育种团队。现任国家现代农业糖料产业技术体系岗站专家、农业农村部糖料专家指导组成员、蔗糖产业省部共建协同创新中心甘蔗遗传改良岗位科学家、成都恒嘉科技发展有限公司PI、广西甘蔗生物学重点公司主任助理、美国康涅狄格大学客座教授、作物学会甘蔗专委会委员、广西甘蔗学会理事、美国植物生物学家(ASPB)和国际甘蔗技师协会(ISSCT)会员。

科研成果:

近年来紧密围绕我国甘蔗生产中关键共性技术,聚焦甘蔗主要农艺性状形成重要科学问题,开展甘蔗高糖高产和高抗病相关基础和应用基础研究。主要从甘蔗重要功能基因鉴定、抗病机制解析、抗病品种选育及脱毒健康种苗繁育等不同层次系统开展甘蔗抗病育种研究,并取得良好科研成果。系统解析甘蔗病毒病和真菌病致病分子机理,首次创制高抗花叶病甘蔗种质材料并登记新品种,克隆鉴定了多个抗真菌病相关基因和效应因子,为甘蔗抗病种质创制和新品种选育提供理论依据;引进高糖育种亲本材料,通过传统杂交和分子辅助育种,选育并登记高糖高抗病甘蔗新品种,获作物新品种保护权,其中中蔗11号表现高糖高抗梢腐病,中蔗9号表现高产高抗黑穗病,福果1号表现高抗甘蔗花叶病。近年来承担国家自然科学基金、国家糖料产业技术体系专项、国家重点研发计划子课题、广西科技重点研发计划、广西科技重大专项课题等各类项目15项,在Nature PlantsJournal of Experimental BotanyBMC Plant Biology、植物病理学报和植物生理学报期刊发表论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利3件,获软件著作权2件,出版学术论著2部,在农业农村部登记优良甘蔗新品种8和获农作物新品种保护权1,获省部级科技进步奖2
